Privacy Policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
This policy explains what information Padrino Websites, a brand of BrightCube Software LLC ("we", "us") collects on padrinowebsites.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you apply for a free website, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, your current website or social page if you add one, and what you tell us about the site you want.
When you send the form, our server also records the time, your IP address, your browser type and the page you came from. We use this to spot spam and to understand where requests come from.
When you browse the site, we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This site does not set any cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will say so here.
How we use it
- To review your request and get back to you.
- To plan, build and launch your website if you are approved.
- To talk with you about your website and anything you ask us for later.
- To keep the site working, prevent spam and improve it.
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Where it is kept
Your request is saved on our own server and in the customer management system we use to keep track of requests and follow up. We also rely on service providers to run the site, such as our hosting provider and, if enabled, Google Analytics. They can only use the information to provide their service to us.
We keep your information while we are working with you or reviewing your request, and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you. Email contact@brightcubesoftware.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also ask us at any time to stop contacting you.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
